Every person who works at Lakeside is so friendly, and they’re so positive and caring with our mom. We like that her room has a comfortable, cozy feel to it. We had some concerns when Mom first arrived, and they were addressed immediately and kindly - they were understanding and didn’t make us feel like we were being a nuisance. Everyone there is always eager to help and answer any questions we have.

Resident to worker ratio on average is 20:1.
Workers severely overworked. Current one in charge does not know what she’s doing. Proper PPE is not enforced for she has ended up with RSV Flu and COVID within a months time resulting from failure to communicate awareness and PPE procedures enforcement. She is the D.O.N!
Nurses do not help when cnas are short staffed which is a daily issue. Urinary tract infections are amongst a majority of the residence due to neglected conditions. Administration is broken and needs revision immediately. The D.O.N has been seen and heard screaming at workers in front of family members and other workers. Changes to payroll occurred without notice, meetings are demanded without proper notice. This company just received a I.J tag and two other tags due to negligence and lack of communication.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to your staff for the exceptional care they provided to my mother during her stay at your facility. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported by everyone. Chasity was especially helpful in guiding us through the process of transitioning from the hospital to rehab.
The nurses who attended to my mother were truly amazing. They treated her with kindness, compassion, and respect, as if she were their own family member. I was touched by the small gestures of kindness that they showed her, like buying her Bennie hats to keep her warm during her stay. It's these little things that can make such a big difference in someone's life.
Thank you for creating such a warm and caring environment for my mother. You have made a difficult situation more bearable for our family, and we are so grateful for all that you have done. Please convey our deepest
appreciation to all the staff who helped care for my mother during her time with you.

Enjoyed my visit with my mom today. They were attentive to her needs. She enjoyed her donuts. It's rough to leave her there but they make it a bit easier.

We visited a friend and felt very good about him being at Lakeside. His room was pleasant and clean. Our friend looked well groomed and had only good things to say about being there. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone who needs special care.
