Jack and Gidester are fantastic! We started talking to him over a year ago about our trip to Europe and our ideas and must dos. Jack met us (3 adults) in person and walked us through what made sense and made recommendations on what was possible and what would be pushing our itinerary, we made it clear we wanted down time as well. Every recommendation he made turned out to be fantastic. He took care of everything. We stayed in 3 different countries (7 cities total) and he coordinated it all seamlessly. He found all the planes, trains, and automobiles we needed to get to each place. Each hotel he recommended was above expectation and we were blown away at each location. Each one was better than the previous. We had many guided tours in each country and all the guides were professional, prompt and personable. We were even in Europe for the cyber attack and traveling from Glasgow to London to Rome, when the attack happened. Our flight was delayed and he handled the transport for the private driver for us, communicating the delay. Top notch company and travel agent! Could not recommend more!

Going to Ireland was my second trip abroad, the first being to Greece with a group that obviously had not heard of Jack Baumann. Jack sent four of us on a trip visiting four cities starting in Dublin without any worries. From transportation to personalized activities, a trip of a lifetime. His knowledge of Ireland and his choice of hotels never left us disappointed. And our personal driver added more fun adventures as we traveled through Ireland. WOW! I just returned from the Wild Wales tour and it was amazing! It had everything! Beautiful beaches, charming castles, astounding cathedrals, quaint villages, and fantastic food. It was a small group of travelers so I got to know everyone. I was most impressed by Jack's willingness to share his vast knowledge of Wales and his love of travel. He is a special person. This was our first trip overseas and we were overwhelmed with the planning. Jack took the time to understand the experience we were looking for and scheduled a trip of a lifetime. We did Florence, Rome and Sorrento. He provided a Cultural Guide well before our trip which included tips and recommendations for everything from food to nightlife.
