I showed up late at night to the front desk, Nathaniel was working. I mistakenly made my reservations through reservations.com. Nathaniel informed me there were no reservations and unfortunately the hotel had no openings for that night. He was able to book me for the rest of my visit and assist me in finding a room for the night. The room was spotless, bathroom was bright and clean with lots of clean towels. The breakfast was very good every morning with very attentive staff. Housekeeping assisted me with anything I needed. Ms Patel was able to assist me to extend my visit for a few days at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good service at the front desk. Room and bathroom was clean. Elevator, laundry room, and hallways were clean. I don't eat breakfast so i didn't go in there but it looked clean from walking by and always smelled good. I just can't eat when i wake up. Staff was friendly each time I seen them. I was here on business but I would definitely stay here again even if I were paying out of pocket.

My stay was not planned but it was a pleasant experience to walk into the hotel room. It was modern, clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. I traveled alone and felt very safe there.

I read some reviews about this motel. Some were not very good, but it is in a terrific place for where we were gonna be, so I booked it anyway and crossed my fingers. My wife and I were not disappointed at all , and in fact very pleased. Staff was very friendly and the price was good too. We will be coming back for another stay at some point and I hope I will be able to leave another great review.

We booked a room for 19,000 points during a trip to pick up a new truck. We are "old people". Our bodies are no longer built to live on a bed. When we book a room we book a suite or upper level room with furnishings such as a couch, table & chairs and second TV so that we can sit and watch TV and enjoy our use of the room. Due to traffic backups we arrived late and after checking in got to the room just in time for my wife to see a television show we didn't want to miss (Hey...I said we are old people). At the time we checked in trying to changed rooms it would have caused issues with viewing the show. Immediately after that TV show we left for supper at a nearby restaurant. We found our room...a suite with a king bed missing the second TV...the table & chairs...even paintings or wall hangings were missing, leaving only empty hooks on the wall. The upholstery on the couch was shredded. As mentioned...we booked a suite so that we would have real chairs to sit in. The next morning when we were ready to leave we went to the front desk to voice our concerns about the room not being what we booked. After waiting about 10 minutes we had to call the motel to get someone to come to the front desk. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room...pointing out that there were only a dozen or so cars in the parking lot overnight. It would seem a more complete room would have been available. Expressing completely cold, unsympathetic, uncaring, disinterested attitude the clerk said..."Yea, all the rooms are like that...we are remodeling". Most of the time she didn't even make look our direction while talking with us. No apology or sympathetic offer of any type. She just asked the room number, checked the computer and said "Ok, your ready to go." I booked a king bed suite...it cost me 19,000 points...I did not get that and expected at least an apology...and maybe a partial refund of my points. The only saving grace was the guy working the breakfast area. He was friendly, talkative and asked us several times if there was anything we needed.

We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the last 5 years and to be honest it has only gotten worse. While the last 3 stays haven't been ideal this last one really left us underwhelmed and looking around at other local options. We stay here because it is in close proximity to our Grandmothers house. We typically sleep at the hotel, wake up and get ready, eat breakfast and head to Grandma's usually around 9 and return after dinner sometime. When we arrived on Saturday we brought to our room which was short a TV. The next day we mentioned it, got up and left and returned around 7 to find our room had not been cleaned and nothing about the TV was done. The next morning while leaving I stopped by the desk and asked to please have the room cleaned. I was told the rooms are cleaned everyday to which I responded that mine was not cleaned the day before. Thy asked if I had my DND placard out to which I responded that we leave so early in the morning that I never put it on. They apologized and told me my room would be cleaned. It was but they filled the conditioner with body wash or shampoo. The next day, again we woke up early ate and left and returned late. Our room was not cleaned. The next day (Weds) we stopped by the front desk, asked to have our room cleaned and mentioned the conditioner. This day, our room was cleaned but they did not fix the conditioner. Thursday they gave the cleaning staff off for Thanksgiving, Friday again it was not cleaned and on Saturday we left.

I have stayed at this hotel through renovations, while the floors were ripped u and you had to step over glue to get to your room, I have stayed at this hotel prior to the pandemic and renovations and I have now stayed there after. My concerns were were voiced to the front desk and I have to say I am beyond disappointed at how they were (weren't really) addressed. We have a toddler, having a clean organized room is important for their safety.

One other thing that has changed is the Wifi. You an no longer connect through a VPN. Which is the only way my work computer will connect. It made it impossible to get any work done at the hotel when I got back each night. I highly recommend changing that. Most large corporations use VPNS to protect client information.

Our family had a great 3 night stay and we will definitely be back! The staff was excellent and very kind and welcoming. The pool was great! Breakfast was above average! Always hot and a great variety of food.

There was animal hair all over the room, a used make-up remover wrapper and an unidentified stain on the pullout bed and sheets. Quite disgusting. We had to switch rooms. While the front desk staff was helpful, I would not recommend this hotel.
