The Knox Hotel is beyond beautiful & the owners are there every single step of the way to make sure your every need is taken care of! I booked the Knox Hotel out for my wedding weekend last June. My bridesmaids and I got ready here the morning of my wedding, having the place to ourselves was incredible - it felt more like a home than a hotel. The photos I received from the morning of were everything I could have hoped for and more! The owners really have done an impeccable job with the decor, this hotel is truly stunning. One of my bridesmaids actually went on to remodel her own master bedroom after the room she stayed in (room 205 Art District Suite). I have nothing but great things to say about our accommodations! Love this hotel and it was such a pleasure to work with the owners!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Stayed here for a brief work trip and the experience of checking in, checking out, etc. was simple and quick. The room is beautiful and has all the accommodations you need. Only minor complaint is the loud train, which the host warns you about when reserving your room. They provide sleeping mask and ear plugs to accommodate. The downtown area is so cute and historic. We got breakfast at a cute cafe across the street in the am. Highly recommend and love what the owners have done to this building.

This place is next level! So easy to stay here and they also upgrade my room without me asking and free of charge. It's the perfect combination of old/new and you won't regret your stay one bit. The train is loud but it is part of the charm and didn't affect my sleep.

Save yourself the time from booking at any other chain hotel & book at The Knox Hotel!

Anyone who enjoys history, old homes, or antiques is sure to fall in love with this place. The entire vibe is old-timey and beautiful from floor to ceiling. They've managed to remodel with modern conveniences, all while keeping the integrity and original beauty of this hotel at the forefront of every project.

In addition to the overall looks of the hotel, the staff is wonderful. Dane, the manager, is super responsive & extremely accommodating. We drove from about 2 hours away and arrived slightly ahead of schedule and was able to check in right away. The building is secure, quiet and located across the street from an amazing cafe & other local shops. The train depot is located just a street over, but don't let that deter you from booking here. We hardly noticed the noise from the incoming trains.

We will absolutely be staying here again & can't wait to see what other rooms The Knox Hotel will offer after renovations are complete!

This is a very nice, work in progress, renovated old hotel. Very comfortable, very clean. They are very nice to deal with and communicate with. Pricing was right. We stayed there on a Friday night until Saturday. It is very nicely, placed. Write downtown with the shopping and restaurants. Yes, there is a train depot next to it with a small park. Separating the to, and yes, it is part of the experience. So if you are looking for the pool, business room, workout room, etc. This is a nice, simple, safe, nostalgic and quiet, and we will be returning! Thank you again for your hospitality.

This hotel is extremely lovely. It was wonderful to stay there. It has so many advanced amenities with historic charm. I wish I could've stayed longer. Thank you for the tootsie rolls! The hotel was very safe, everything had a door code. There are no attendants or check-in desk people. You check yourself in and out. There isn't an elevator, so expect to climb 21 stairs as many times as you need. Parking is across the street at best. They provide ear plugs and eye masks to compensate for train and fellow guest noise. Historic buildings equate to some extra noise. The hotel was beautiful. I cannot wait to stay there again.

Very beautiful old hotel. Dan was able to accommodate us on short notice. The room was very clean and modern but had the decor to match the era. Convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. A very nice modern Amtrak station is directly across the street. Highly recommend The Knox Hotel.

First time staying at the Knox. Dane’s communication and instructions were to the point and concise. We chose the “Arts district room,” we found it to be spacious and well furnished. The amenities were convenient and a nice touch. The king sized bed was comfy and luxurious. The environmental sounds were at a minimum.
