I would give this company 0 stars if I could. This company does not go by its word. I have spent three long and stressful months going back in forth with a travel agent. The customer service is horrendous; the office hours are very short, and even on their open hours, they do not pick up the phone.

Basically, don t waste your time on this company. It may sound like a stellar deal for their ticket prices, but they won t actually complete the transaction. In my personal experience, they made me wait 3 months to buy tickets, and after numerous attempts at trying to pay for my tickets, the travel agent failed to complete the transaction by the deadline date and I lost the opportunity to buy them.

I repeat, do not do business with them. It will be a horrendous experience
