Room was very clean.
Lobby and dining area always immaculate. We dealt Becky and Jake at the front desk. Very friendly and courtesy. The tall young man serving breakfast. Food was always fresh and hot. This will be our choice of staying when we return.

We needed a hotel on a road trip and this hotel fit the bill. Cleaning products had a very strong smell that aggravated my allergies and made my sinuses ache, but I’m pretty sensitive. On the plus side, the hotel looked clean. Staff were attentive, helpful, friendly. Indoor pool could use some attention, but let me keep my aquatic pt workout going uninterrupted. Just took a serious shower after. Didn’t wake up in time to see how the breakfast was. But at checkin there was a complimentary soup, muffin, or apple that was wrapped in plastic wrap. Late checkout was not a problem. There is very little development around the hotel so plan to drive if you need dinner. Didn’t learn till later that two more exits down the highway, there were many more options. We were pretty road weary though so this hotel, right where it was, was much appreciated. If changed to an unscented cleaning product, I’d probably stay again. Solidly average experience. Not a particularly great value. Felt safe enough.

Removed carpeting in rooms. VERY cold ceramic floors. New beds inordinately high and hard as a rock! Slept in the lounge chair!|Very sad as we have stayed here three or four times a year since 2005 since we have family here.|Breakfast is edible but was dead cold when we were there this time. Fortunately there is a La Quinta about 3 miles way.

Perfect. Exactly what I needed at the end of a long first day on a two day driving trip from Denver to Asheville, NC. Not a luxury hotel but it seemed brand new. Everything worked great. I did not try the Internet. The parking lot was full but my room was very quiet. Nothing woke me up during the night. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great 3 night stay at this location! The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! Patrick checked us in and was great! Jay was very polite during our stay. All of the staff we spoke to were great! Wish I would asked their names to add to this. Room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this location!

Checked in for an overnight stay after getting stranded at the airport for a cancelled flight. The staff was more than helpful from late breakfast to a late check out. Also agreed to provide a shuttle. Merry Christmas to all. Great job staff.

The lady who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. I asked for a 1st floor room, my mom has an issue with walking very far, but there weren't any available. However she did give us a room very close to the elevator which was helpful.||The room was very clean. Our only issue was we could smell the chlorine from the pool. It was pretty strong. It wasn't bad enough for us to ask for another room but I guess we finally got used to it because after awhile it didn't bother us anymore.||We didn't get up early enough to enjoy the free breakfast. I wish we had. Maybe next time. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. We liked it so well we purposely planned to stay here on our trip home from our annual trip home from Kansas. We will stay here again next year.
