I appreciate the free services that I receive. I appreciate the drivers because they are always in traffic more than I am. As a parent, I make sure someone is home(over 18 with ID) to always receive my child if I can't. If my child is not riding that particular morning, I call the bus company to let them know that my child will not be riding that day. If I'm running late in the morning, I'll inform the company that I will take my child to school, but they will ride in the afternoon. Sometimes, we as parents take advantage of free services when we have to do our part as well. Do you know how your child acts on the bus? Only the cameras, drivers, and bus attendees know. So I appreciate my drivers because someone is coming to pick my child up every day. Not to mention the driver or aide dealing with the behaviors of mine and your children. The only thing I hate is that there's no text messaging system in place to help when calling the bus company. I also hate that the school buses don't have air-conditioning on them 😒. So be mindful of how you treat your driver or bus attendant.

I will rate Ammons a 4 because the process was smooth and they changed locations for us at the last minute with no problem at all. Our school really appreciated it! Our driver was really nice and he definitely got us to our destination safely the only thing is that I had to use my GPS and guide him all the way to the destination back south, that was a little annoying, but I am also an understanding person because he was older and I need GPS myself to get around but overall the experience was just fine!
