I can totally and absolutely recommend Anima Travel and Silvia as the best high end travel advisor, she is a treasure in this business. Whoelse should plan your best holidays if not a passionate traveller herself who knows and CARES about the whole experience from every point of view? Starting with excellent transportation, the coziest accommodation in the right location for your taste, budget and needs and the best guides that can REALLY show you the place because they KNOW it so well?!
She has been a true gem as not only she provided us with great recommendations but she was always there to help and stayed in contact, I honestly do not know how she does it. Seriously, I may seem to be paid for this review but I am not I swear. I was just lucky enough to get to know her and enjoy the beauty of Naples, Amalfi coast and Sicily thanks to Silvia and will always treasure her advices and will forever remember those precious holidays with gratitude. Anima Travel is the unsung hero of our vacation! We were recommended this company, specifically Silvia, by one of our friends and we’re absolutely blown away by her services. We just returned from our 10 day trip to Italy and it was beyond a dream come true.

From the moment we came into contact with Silvia she helped put form to my skeleton plan for our trip. She located hotels in the best areas of the cities we visited based on our budget and preferences, and was able to book them for us, which greatly simplified our planning. I was nervous about the logistics of traveling to multiple cities and hotels over the course of our 10 day trip, but Silvia was able to walk us step-by-step through the various train trips, fairies, and taxis that we needed to take. She also coordinated our planned excursions and was able to help us decide between the many options for the Vatican, Colosseum, and Pompeii tours.

Throughout the planning process, we exchanged hundreds of text messages and numerous phone calls. I have never met more prompt and responsive person than Silvia. When we were in Italy, she was readily available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or concerns that we had. She was even able to inform us when our boat tour was canceled due to poor weather, and quickly booked us a tour of the Amalfi coast instead.

This was our first time using a travel planner for our vacation, as I typically like to handle the planning myself. I had never thought to look into having a travel planner help us with our trips. However, Anima Travel has changed my mind on the best way to plan a vacation. This process was thorough, simple, and catered to every goal and desire we had for our trip, while still remaining mindful of our budget. I highly doubt our trip would’ve been as magical if we had done everything on our own.
