Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Patient Service

Dear Option Care Management,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received as a new infusion patient in Tampa, Florida. My experience with your company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to reach your team, my calls went unanswered, and voicemails were not returned.

After significant difficulty, I finally received my first infusion last week. However, I was only informed of the appointment details—including the time and location—the day before the scheduled infusion, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Due to this lack of communication and professionalism, I have decided to seek treatment elsewhere after completing this initial round of infusions. I strongly urge your company to address these issues and prioritize patient care and communication. The level of service I experienced is unacceptable, and I would not recommend Option Care to others in need of infusion services.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary improvements to better serve your patients in the future.

4 unsuccessful attempts to reach someone at corporate and submit a complaint. The Peachtree Corners, GA pharmacy retaliated against me based on a legitimately earned bad review left over a year ago. OC is the only pharmacy in GA capable of mixing the daily infusion medication I need to live. A week ago today I was told Im not going to be a patient again because I was a "bad patient" in the past. My doctor was given the reason of "pump shortage" for OC refusing to take me. If the definition of a bad patient is: "a former patient who while a patient spent every day, for two months, calling your billing department in India so OC would finally bill insurance for my meds" then I'm a very bad patient indeed. I have insurance, I am a human being, this is a first world nation, the basis for the GA pharmacy denying me care is wrong. I've done everything I can do to reach you.

No one will call you back. Customer service representatives are overseas. They will not even respond to other insurance companies calling them to resolve issues. Will never, ever use again. Been almost one year trying to get the billing done correctly with absolutely no resolution. Shameful.
