Every single shower of all showers is empty and I was the only guest waiting. I asked them why I’m waiting they said showers are not clean and no body there to clean them. I mean is this a joke.

The most useless truck stop in the country. Cashless for a truck stop off I-10 is like having a stapler that can only staple one sheet of paper. I will never support a cashless business. Everything we do does not need to be tracked. If I want to buy a bottle of water I should not need to make a card transaction for $2. If I see any other Pilots going this direction I will simply remove them from my stops.

Bad location for a shower, I’ve had this happen to me multiple times at this location. It’s horrible when you spend over 4k$ on fuel each month and can’t even get a shower.
Stores slow, sign says 4 people waiting for showers, in 30 minutes no one has left a shower,
I imagine every single shower is empty and needing to be cleaned from the previous night.
And to top it off, since it’s early, the store is slow.

Horrible customer service at the subway here. There was a guy the only spoke English and My mom only speaks Spanish and the guy asked my mom how many subway breads did she want in Spanish so my mom answered n my mom said two n the guy grabbed them n my mom said “oh tostados” which mean toasted n the guy didn’t understand so my mom said it again n point n then the guy left n grab his “manager” the spoke Spanish n RHE manager said he wasn’t going to give service to my mom and for my mom to get out of the store because she was specking loud which she wasn’t she just repeated herself louder because the guy wasn’t close to her. My mom is pregnant and this was literally a graving she’s had ever since we started our way from TEXAS. We ended up not even putting gas in because of the bad experience we had with the subway workers.

Stupid, unprofessional people works here! As a professional driver, I have unlimited shower for this month, but cashier told that no shower because system shutdown. So what? You have a water, you have a keys, what a problem to open the door? Showers on Love's truckstops still working, another reason why pilot goes down

Stopped here for a night in March 2021. Tried to air up tires but the air pump didn't seem to work. About to pull off and go somewhere else, the attendant came out and showed us how to work the pump!! That was simply wonderful.

The trucker's parking and regular parking are separated, which makes for a nice parking experience.

The place feels safe and is well lit. It was a relatively a quiet night...or maybe being so tired helped me sleep through the noise! Whichever it was, it was a pretty good night's rest.

the people at subway, dot have respect for the drivers; with their time, wait it for 45 min, they never show up.. why even have it open if they are not going to be there..
