I just recently booked a trip to Aruba through Legacy Travel and it has been a great experience. My travel agent, Lesley was the BEST!! EXCELLENT customer service /patience, willing to help solve issues when they arise, and she made sure to respond to EVERY email , call and text, always full of positivity with a welcoming voice. Lesley displayed a GOOD DEED of customer service, and I am very pleased/satisfied with her willingness to get the job done. I will be contacting Lesley for ALL my trips... AND you should too!

I use this travel agency for my wedding and Nikki was awesome. Unfortunately Nikki , is no longer with the agency and I decided to use them once again for my anniversary ,therefore I got stuck with someone name Katie Read and she was the absolute worst . Very unknowledgeable , unresponsive to emails and left me and my group of 40 guest to figure it out on our on. She wasn’t even available for our dates of travel. The resort didn’t have the information needed upon our arrival to Costa Rica , cause they had a hard time getting in contact with Katie as well. The hostess at the resort showed me serval emails with no response from Katie therefore our transportation was delayed and we had no dinner reservations as plan. On top of all that my credit card on file was overcharged on multiple times and they have yet to reimburse me. This agency is the absolute worse and the owner can care less about the customers/clients. I think they might be family therefore no one seems to care. Warning ⚠️ don’t book with this agency !!!!

We booked a trip to El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya through Nicki and had an amazing vacation! There were several resorts that we considered visiting, but in the end Nicki recommended El Dorado Royale to meet our specific travel criteria. Nicki and the staff at Legacy Travel prepared us well for our trip by sending videos specific to our hotel, packing lists, travel tips, and phone numbers in case we needed anything during the trip. Every time I emailed Nicki or another Legacy Travel staff member there was a quick and well-answered reply. During our trip Nicki emailed us to make sure things were going well, and, upon our return, we received a hand-written thank you note from Nicki for using her to book our vacation. We would definitely recommend Nicki at Legacy Travel for your next vacation, and we will certainly use her for ours.

My experience with the travel agent who arranged travel for my guests for my wedding was horrific. Do not use this agency, work directly with the hotel instead. There was literally no benefit to doing it through a travel agent. The days leading up to my wedding were riddled with trying to help my guests get what they paid for (they paid thousands of dollars for their rooms). The final straw was when my travel agent cancelled the room for the person I hired to do the video for the days leading up to the wedding and the day of. It cost me $900 the day of my wedding to get a videographer last minute. I will NEVER use this agency again, Nicki Squittieri was my travel agent.
