The bus was not even maintained, water leaking from the roof, seats and other stuff in bus makes so much noise which is very annoying. In all that noise you can’t hear what the driver is saying. Total waste of money. Mismanaged tour.

9/20/2024 - The tour was informative and the driver/tour guide was good, but there was no air conditioning. To make matters worse half the windows were broken and wouldn't stay open. The driver kept apologizing, but it was like touring in a sauna. The Trolley needs some restoration, the wood panels were damaged and peeling. Used the same tour company in Atlanta, GA and it was wonderful. We were disappointed

Very disappointing tour of St. Louis on 9/1/24. There were few details given about the various sites. Also, no to little narration between sites as we drove through the city........just alot of riding/driving. And let me tell you, the ride was very uncomfortable. The AC must have been broken, like a sweat box. Also, the trolley bus is an extremely rough ride. The back of the seats are wood slats, like a park bench, uncomfortable and cut into your back. The most boring tour I've ever experienced. Although, the riverboat cruise on the Mississippi River, next to the arch, is a close 2nd. Refund please!

Great tour for the price. Very informative. I wish we would have taken this tour the first day in St. Louis so we could have made better choices about where to visit. Bus was cool, comfortable and had no problem hearing the driver narrate the tour.
