Sam Ruscher contacted me about getting a quote for insurance. I wasn't shopping for new insurance but was interested in hearing more. I had insurance with another company for forty years. I decided to leave them n wanted to check out State Farm. I called my daughter’s agent and she failed to inform me she was retiring in a week. Her replacement said she would call me the next day, 2 days later she called. By then I had called Dan and in that time he talked to me on the phone, met with me and helped me set up my whole policy. Dan is hundred percent hands on. Within 2 weeks my daughter had also transferred to Dan. I believe we made a very good choice.
