We had to stay one night at this hotel in order to go to a meeting nearby. I stayed with my family and it was comfortable and efficient. The staff was friendly and exceeded my expectations. I greatly appreciate how the staff treated my family and I during the stay. The room was clean and had pretty comfortable beds. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because there was no free option for water inside the room and no heated parking option.

We had our wedding at Hotel Arista. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be any happier! We are so thankful for Hotel Arista and manager Katie Jones for making our day perfect. The wedding planning was relaxing and fun because of their help. The food and drinks were such a hit (which was our priority) and the atmosphere was great! Katie did a wonderful job helping incorporate our cultural traditions and creating a schedule for the day to go smoothly. We love that we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party, and staying the night all at one place! We highly recommend this venue - the preparations, flexibility, accommodations, and organization were top notch. Our guests had nothing but AMAZING comments to say about our wedding day, thanks to Hotel Arista!!

This hotel was amazing! We were immediately greeted warmly by the staff who took note that we were there for a dance competition. We received a handwritten note wishing us luck and a beautiful fruit plate in our room. The hospitality was amazing, the rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and the onsite dining was delicious. I’ve been traveling for 20 years for business purposes, and this by far has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. Highly recommend. 👏

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration of our engagement! The front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable. Marco really made our stay amazing! He served us dinner and breakfast with a smile, warm conversation, and outstanding service! Congratulations on your engagement Marco! Our room was immaculate! My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was top notch. We have two young children and Pack N Plays were waiting for us when we checked in. The staff was extremely response and took care of everything. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. The two room suites provide plenty of room for a family. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Arista with our family and friends for our wedding weekend at the Arboretum. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless and memorable.

We truly enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room service was fantastic, the spa was so relaxing, the gym was well-equipped, and the lounge was a great spot to unwind. The hotel provided the perfect balance of luxury and comfort for such a special occasion.

Came in for a bussiness trip. I wasnt expecting much. This hotel is exceptional. The staff is helpful and friendly and they make you feel at home. Also the rooms are great. The bathroom is amazing the bed are perfect. Beautiful views and nice work out facilities

Hotel Arista was a great experience. Every single employee I interacted with was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and attractively decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a fan and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. They also ordered our cab to O'Hare and the company they partner with was also excellent. Highly recommend.
