Jennifer planned our trip to Hawaii for our 20th Anniversary. It was wonderful! She is very friendly and always on top of things! I felt very at ease asking questions and knew she had our budget and best interest at heart. It was all done very efficiently and her folder of all the info and vouchers we needed for the trip was very detailed and organized which I appreciated so much! She made suggestions I would've never thought of and worked out all the details for the excursions and such that we wanted to do. She had it all organized in an efficient manner that made the most sense with jet lag and such. She thinks of everything! The trip was more memorable because of that! Jennifer has helped us plan 3 trips. Two to Mexico and one Alaskan Cruise. For all three trips she has been professional, flexible, and so informative. She did all the arranging for flights and hotels. She made a vacation packet for us that included all required information. She kept us up to date on ever changing Covid policies. Jennifer Walker Travel is fabulous!!! I contacted Jennifer through her website for help with honeymoon planning, and she responded to me within an hour to get gather initial information about what my fiance and I were looking for on our honeymoon. I responded back with the Carribean locations we were considering and soon after she sent us a list with 17 amazing options of destinations and resorts! It made things so easy and fun (as vacation planning should be)! Each recommendation had photos, descriptions, and personalized notes to help us to choose the best resort for us! Also, we were hoping to fly out of Illinois and return into Texas, and she made it happen like it was no big deal at all! She definitely makes sure to keep pricing budget-friendly, which was also much appreciated. Jennifer had everything booked for us within just barely over a week and we are so excited for our upcoming honeymoon! She made sure that any questions about going through customs or airport transfer or excursions and more are all taken care of so that the next steps after booking are stress-free and relaxed too! I can't thank her enough for making one of my wedding planning tasks easy as could be to check off my list!

Jennifer assisted us with our Honeymoon to Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She was professional, helpful, friendly, and genuinely interested in our wants and needs for this vacation. She took care of every aspect of our travel, including providing us with multiple options to choose from for day trips and adventures, as well as multiple types of travel options. She remained budget conscious and kept us in the loop for every step of planning. When travel plans unexpectedly changed, Jennifer notified us immediately and adjusted our travels while keeping the trip running smoothly.

When we arrived in Victoria, we were disappointed our accommodation was not in the heart of downtown or within walking distance to major attractions/destinations. We walked to dinner the first night and ask our waiter about the area, who quickly advised us to take a cab home and not walk from our hotel. We notified Jennifer of the walkability and potential safety issue and she went to work right away on a Sunday to change our hotel accommodation and find something much more suitable to walking and safety. The rest of the trip was perfect and smooth sailing. Jennifer even notified each hotel we were on our honeymoon, and they greeted us with congratulations and small complimentary desserts/champagne!

Jennifer took care of every little detail and helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to travel.
