Extremely rude and useless ladies! Second time this happens to us with the lady up front. We walked in, and the first thing she said was, "Do you have an appointment?" No, Hi or anything. Extremely rude! We booked a vacation back in 2017. Whoever helped us then was great! But since then, we have attempted to book with them on 3 other occasions, and we get the same response there are no hotels available. Like, really ?!? How is that possible 🤔 Felt like we were bothering them, and they wanted us out asap.#GARBAGECustomerService

Lisa Tapia is the best by far, Do Not use Suki Andrews she took a booking away from Lisa and I am having issues in the Dominican Republic with my trip and Suki is a lousy agent who won’t help me with apple vacations and I’m not sure why she’s there!
