Booking a girls trip has been nothing but trouble with Quincy Discount Travel. The price has continually changed, she has charged us for travel insurance multiple times (even wanted to re-charge travel insurance for the whole group when one girl decided to cancel). Then, AFTER the date our final payment was due, and cards had been put on file, she said the price went up again, and we had to pay more. And FINALLY, Susie has incorrectly charged the credit card of one member of the group, overcharging by $130 (making another group member’s total $130 less).

You can book an entire trip yourself, much more seamlessly, via apply vacations. Which, at this point, we wish we’d done.

Quincy "Discount" Travel. The name says it all. Kind of like going to a 5 and dime store when you're hoping for much better quality product. It is a "discount" travel agency that tells you one thing and then won't admit they are wrong. My husband and I used this "discount" travel business and booked a trip to Rivera Maya and paid them $2,500.00. We told the travel agent two different times we wanted BEACH FRONT property. Is that too hard for them to understand Then, after paying in full for this vacation, we googled the property map and saw it was not beach front. Called the "discount" agency and was told being it was all-inclusive that we could use all facilities which meant the beach areas. That seemed alright to us since we were told the beach was only a 5 minute walk. Well, after arriving to Mexico and checking in at the front desk, we were told that the all-inclusive properties beach that was 5 minutes from our hotel was OFF LIMITS and we could only use the other all-inclusive property beach area. The ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT IS IT WAS 1 MILE AWAY. BEWARE of trusting this travel agency. They do not stand behind what they tell you.

We had a fantastic time!! Jennifer did and excellent job coordinating our company trip! She suggested a resort in Riviera Maya and everything was great! They handled the airfare, transfers to/from the airport and the resort accommodations. We had 30 people in our group and the vacation was seamless.

Company continues to violate the Can-Spam Act of 2003. In 2008 I requested to be removed from their email marketing list. 2013 and I am still receiving the emails, even after they guaranteed I would never get them again.
