Against for Erica !! She is amazing. My sister was downstairs and her uncle came thru her sister upstairs. And sharing birthday . It was crazy good. My son passed and she didn’t know . And it was crazy how he came to visit .

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on the trolley of terror. What a fun experience. Ericka was so kind and helpful. We had some confusion finding where exactly to be at to start tour. But when we called to let her know we were confused. She was polite and helped us step by step to get there. We will definitely be doing another tour with Pensacola History and Hauntings. Thank you for a wonderful nite.

My family and I took the Ghost Tour and Investigation luncheon and it was AMAZING! We absolutely loved Ericka and she was so good with my 12 y/o son. She’s very knowledgeable not only about the history of Pensacola, but the paranormal as well! I highly recommend this tour!

Awesome experience led by fantastic people! Experienced a lot of activity using the varied, quality equipment provided. I highly recommend this experience! Everyone in our group was amazed and very happy. We were blown away!! Go see for yourself!! You won't be disappointed!!

We went on the haunted Mardi Gras trolly tour and thought it was a great experience. We’re local but alway looking for new experiences. I stumbled across this and thought “why not”. Our guide, driver, and tour manager were great. I think everyone on the tour had a good time. Lots of good stories were told and the viewing of historic Pensacola sites were cool.

Edit: they’ve changed their policy on tickets for children.
My only complaint was that even lap children had to have a ticket (which are the same price as adults). Not a big deal as tickets are affordable, but would’ve been nice for a reduced price.

We had a great time and learned a lot we didn't know about Seville. Had personal experiences with equipment and was truly exciting. Definitely recommend!

Our tour time was around midnight. We met Ericka at the house and she gave us our tools and told us to download the app then she got into her car and left. She also had said “ if you need anything call me”
I had assumed “tour” meant having someone “ tour “ you around and tell you the history……. We were left alone in the middle of downtown Pensacola at midnight with just our group of four people and a stupid app that didn’t even work. While walking around we had a homeless guy harass us and follow us. There was several drunk people and people high as a kite. We felt very uncomfortable and worried for our safety. We tried to call Ericka several times with no answer. We almost had to call 911 due to people follow us through the dark alleys and trying to talk to us. I feel like as a business, you shouldn’t put paying customers in danger. We ran back to Ericka’s office where our car was and left. We only stayed for 20 minutes and ended up running back to our vehicles due to our safety concerns. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
