We recently had the pleasure of going on a half day (morning) sandbar excursion, and it was an unforgettable experience. Captain Andres was very knowledgeable about the 3 different sandbars that we visited.

Captain Andres took us through mangroves and 2 of the sandbars had swings for great photo ops and we also got to kayak/paddle-board.

One of the highlights of the trip was the opportunity to see wildlife. We spotted various birds and even encountered a manatee.

Overall, the quality of the excursion was excellent. The combination of a knowledgeable captain, beautiful locations, and the chance to connect with nature made for a fantastic day on the water. I would highly recommend this sandbar excursion to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure filled with fun, relaxation, and beautiful scenery.

Had a great afternoon with Captain Andres and the other group on our Shared Charter yesterday. I was concerned about the forecast days out from the trip but, as he told me, the forecast did change for the better and it was beautiful. He's so knowledgeable about the area and a very professional captain, made sure we had a good time. Highly recommend 😃

We had the best time ever yesterday when we split a charter with a great group of people and a fantastic, knowledgeable captain! Captain Andre of Life On the Rocks Charters educated us the the local wildlife and birds. We saw a giant Spotted Eagle Ray and a Cobia that swam right past us! Highly recommend this company for a great time and a beautiful boat ride out to some great sandbars.

Excellent charter! I can’t say enough good things about Andre and the Life on the Rocks charter in Key West! From exploring the mangroves to hopping from one sandbar to another… and I even made it to one of those fantastic swings hanging in the mangroves!! This is a charter worth booking! JUST DO IT!! Andre is professional, courteous, a great host, and has a clean & tidy boat!!! Can’t wait to see you next year… We will definitely be booking another charter upon our return!

What a great day we had today with Life on the Rock charters Captain Andras took us on great adventure to a few sandbars
On the way out we saw Manatees and Dolphins We went to beautiful secluded sandbars and snorkeling
The trip back wound through beautiful mangrove islands
Arrival back at the dock we were greeted by a pair of beautiful manatees frolicking right next our boat
Couldn’t have asked for a better day
Would highly recommend a charter with Off the Rock charters
Recommended arriving early as getting a darling spot could take a bit

Absolutely the best time of our girl’s trip. Capt Andres made sure we were well taken care of. We snorkeled, lounged at the sandbars and he even took us to the mangroves. The icing on the cake were the dolphin pods we were able to view. I would give this excursion 100 stars if I could. Thank you!!!

Amazing trip. Capt. Andres was very quick with communication to help us get a last minute shared sandbar trip. It was amazing. We wanted to stay in one spot and relax and he found a great spot with a sandbar swing, mangroves, snorkeling and relaxing in the water. He said he was open to bring us around to any spots we wanted to see. Super nice guy. Bonus we saw dolphins on way back and he stopped for us to take pics and videos and enjoy. Highly recommend.
