Just had a group of 16 golfers returned from Scottsdale, AZ on 6 May and we stayed in the 70th St Lofts in Scottsdale. The team at Best Arizona ensure my group had all the information needed before our arrival. They even got us access to two condos early so we could store our gear. Great communications by the team.

Stayed at the Refuge for a hot minute while trekking across the U.S. from Ohio with college sons to golf, see some sights and get some R&R. The Refuge provided just that. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable, sleep in and hang out. The indoor pool was a plus along with the hot tub and the amazing views. The house was great. Would stay there again without question. In fact... it's on our radar for December of 2024. Thanks again for maintaining such a beautiful property. The pictures are exactly what you get. We were absolutely pleased.

Having stayed at several STR's in Scottsdale, I can say this company does an above-average job of managing their properties and providing a good guest experience. The place we stayed was perfect for our guys golf trip, and was in great condition. Will look to stay here again.

Had a great one week stay with my Family in the old downtown Scottsdale lofts. The check in was smooth, units were tidy clean, great open spaces, our host always responsive. I personally enjoyed talking my morning jogs and having coffeeshops a few steps away. We'll definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Kota property and my group has all been having weird respiratory issues and smell something odd while here and the bathroom drain gurgles while the HVAC system is running. We found the filter clogged with dirt and what appears to be the cooling coil absolutely caked with wet dirt and bacterial growth. While the rest of the condo is clean the airborne particles being blown around can easily make people sick. If you have respiratory issues DO NOT stay at their properties.

I have used BAVR on a couple of trips now, and I have to say that they have exceeded my expectations both times. They responded to all my emails and questions usually within a couple of hours. Their properties are perfect for groups of all sizes. They have the perfect amenities to make your trip the best experience possible. Pool side, hot tubs, grills, everything you need. Very clean! Beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend BAVR four next golf outing, vacation away from the cold, or romantic getaway!
