We spent four nights here at the end of February and had a wonderful experience. The rooms and the entire home are well-appointed, spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, linens fresh and clean. Stacy is extremely hospitable and responsive anticipating our every need before we did. She provides all the beach accessories from chairs to towels to coolers. The beach is a pleasant short walk away and Stacy is happy to give you a ride in her golf cart if desired. The common areas are stylish and comfortable to hang out in. Stacy is very welcoming and made us feel completely at home using the kitchen, fridge, pool and hot tub. She thoughtfully surprised us with little extras throughout our stay. We look forward to returning next time we're in the IRB area!

This is a wonderful location with an even more wonderful host. One of the best coastal experiences you can get anywhere. Easy five minute walk to the beach and the Cuban sandwiches at the Kooky Coconut are truly amazing. Sunsets are great but don’t sleep on the sunrises either. Overall a perfect location for a perfect vacation.

I would recommend this stay to all pool and beach lovers! A beautiful area and location, great for spending time with friends and family. Like a slice of paradise. Stacy is the best host- anything you can think of, she’s already thought of. The home is newly renovated and the neighborhood is friendly. Awesome views, a short walk to the beach.

Stop scrolling, this is a house you’ll want to rent!! This house is gorgeous and Jim and Stacy are the most attentive and generous hosts ever!

Once we arrived we were greet by Jim and Stacy. The grand tour was breath taking! Jim and Stacy are so informational on the local shops, food etc!

The beds were very comfortable and pillows were a plus. Not to mention the most clean and upgraded bathroom; top to bottom (no pun instead) never have we experienced a fancier toilet! The best relaxation is out on the balcony, the sunsets are breath taking.

Our stay was amazing and so relaxing. We felt right at home. The house has everything you need and it's so beautiful from the moment you walk in the front door. My favorite thing to do was drink my coffee in the mornings and sit in the balcony looking out at the water. Very peaceful. Its just minutes from the beach and everything is walking distance. Not to mention the beautiful pool which we always enjoy. I have been there several times and the house is lovely. We will definitely be back. We always have such an awesome vacation there. Jim and Stacy are wonderful people ❤️
