I have been to so many chick fil a’s, I had a horrible experience at this location. The service is awful, you feel rushed and they don’t have patience. The lady taking my order was literally rushing me so she can proceed her conversation with her coworker.

First time having a bad experience at Chick-fil-A my wife and daughter ordered chicken sandwich combo with lemonade. After getting a few miles away we discovered they received spicy sandwiches. Too hot for them. Didn't have time to turn around and go back. Also, they were not taking names when we ordered. Got to the window. Everyone confused. Maybe a training day.

Is this what you receive when you order for pepper jack cheese to be added to you spicy scrambled burrito for breakfast? I would say the service is horrible… but I believe it’s even less than that. No attention to a paying customer and their specified desire. How am I supposed to be expected to accept or recommend this to anyone knowing what you order will less attention given to it than what they’re scrolling on Tik Tok for. Horrible service. Where’s the compensation!
