This place is infested with a foolish , disrespectful manager named maria jackson. Some of the residents walk around stinking to hog hell & their apartments are full of trash and all sorts of debris , but maria jackson gives me a infraction , this month because I refused pest control , due to the fact that I suffer with migraine headaches. This woman is EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful and the majority of residents do not care for her at all! P. O. S. ! ! ! 1 resident the other day had about a 100 small white trash bags in the middle of their living room floor full of trash , that maintenance had to dispose of , but I got a infraction 4 not having pest control. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting !
A real ghetto mentality atmosphere !
I wouldn't of gave it 1 star , but this system will not let you post , without putting 1 star. My personal property & domain has been violated and stolen , and I have only been here since December of last year.

The buggie issue is unreal. This place needs inspection on the regular. Some of the resident just don’t care how they treat the building. Do better on the buggie issue. Cause for me to sit up all night, watching for roaches. Not cool.

I would not consider if given a 2nd chance. Please don't move here. Marie Jackson, is exasperating cruellya, exact description of outcasts video. Selfish, money hungry and greedy. So happy we are free and moved on. Lost our mail, lied to. I forgive you Marie, and turn it over to my king and lord. You lied and Lie, liar. Lost everything and biggest mistake I ever made in my life

Great place to live.
If I knew then what I know now
I would have kept looking!
Management is horrible,
They like to intimidate.
The floor maintenance is
Allowed to talk to tennants
How ever they want, front desk people
Call out tennants apartment numbers
Over the intercom, most are untrained.
Can't walk outside with out
Being pestered by homeless people,
And the city doesn't care about the area.
I could go on and on. If you love your family members
Don't let them live here.

Giving this low because of the front desk staff. I asked to speak to a resident and stated their name the gentleman laughed proceeded to say "WHO?" handed the phone to a woman and said you have to take this while laughing excessively. Then the woman is like ma'am we don't take messages at the front desk then hung up on me. Not sure what kind of establishment is being run here but management should do something about their front desk staff. They need to learn proper phone handling skills.
