I reached out to Paragon Dive Group in search of a pocket made for my Waterproof Wetsuit. I was unable to find any distributors in the U.S. that had the part. And my local dive shop could not guarantee we would get our pockets until the end of November, which would not be here in time for our next dive trip.
I was contacted by Paragon saying they had some sent from a distributor in Canada but it could take up to 2 weeks for them to get in stock and to order online.
This is the shocking part!! The whole process from first contact to arrival at my house was right at about two weeks!!!!! Maybe even a day less. I was so elated to have received old fashion customer service!!! That just does not happen anymore.
So Paragon Dive Group my sincere thanks and you have a new couple of customers. From now on you will be my first online contact for scuba gear.

I highly recommend this shop for any gear and rentals! The prices are great and the service is even better. They always go the extra mile making sure our rental gear has everything we need. They are very responsive by email as well and great to deal with. Looking forward to be able to go on excursions with them. My new and favorite dive shop in Arizona!

Not only did I receive the absolute best customer service from Paragon - I also learned just how awesome and helpful the dive community is! Miles from Tucson in N Carolina, I stumbled across Paragon Dive Shop while looking for an exact size and color travel fin. Running up on a departure for a trip, I was crunched on time. Kevin not only got my fins ordered and delivered to me with time to spare, he also helped me with other gear I needed to order. He saved me time and he saved me a ton of research I was doing as a new diver. Thank you Kevin! Can’t wait to visit Paragon Dive Shop - and I now have my go to for online gear shopping!

My experience with Paragon was at the recent Scuba Show, where an equipment rep pointed their booth out as the place to go.
They had what I wanted at a very good price. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable and patient person. The transaction was very easy, regular notifications were sent and my item arrived quickly. All good!

I was forced to purchase a new regulator in Australia. The rental equipment only had a single high pressure port. No place for a transmitter.
The one I chose was an Atomic B2.
Now at home I had to have a bag. It’s more than I expected. Loaded with pockets and other stuff.
Just wanted I needed.
