Great place to live, it's clean with no bugs. Let me revise this review. Been living here for about 3-4 years. Always was polite and caring and giving to the staff here. Turns out that Cindy is a liar and needs to be fired. Just found out that because of a Apt change due to medical conditions, that I was "Promised" that everything would be working when I moved into my new apartment, and it was not. Thermostat was not working, washer and dryer were broke, this is a condition negotiated before I agreed to move as I had given my washer and dryer to the assistant manager in return that they would have a washer and dryer in the new apt that was working. / Microwave is nit working, been promised that it would be replaced for over three weeks up to this point. It's a nightmare. Staff promises to make repairs according to the work order procedure that is supposably in place. Maintenance workers are not afraid to express their dislike of Cindy ( the manager) The truth needs to come out!!!! I would not recommend this apt complex. And now I found out today that I will be evicted because of my complaints 🙂 A 67 year old man that pays his bills on time, every time with a disability and now I'm going to be homeless because of people who have the ability but not the desire to do what is right 😢

Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance is responsive, the front office is kind, amenities are good. Going to the pool was my favorite! Close to stores & restaurants & car wash. The apartment I was in has been loved and worn by others in the past, but it is a great space and the vaulted ceiling is wonderful (I lived on the second floor). Some of the appliances are on the older side but everything works. Great place, loved living here and I will miss it!

For two weeks we have tried to see an open apt. First week we were told that there was water damage to the apt and we can’t see it. Ok we get things happen. Could have called us so we didn’t waste our time coming down. So we schedule again. Show up and there is a note stating they are closed today. No call no notification to us again. Guess our time doesn’t matter. Management fail again.

We moved in to our cute little apartment in 2022 and it's been splendid! Our wonderful landlord, Haley, has been the sweetest, kindest lady! She's always so welcoming anytime we see her and she ensures any issues we have are fixed. The fact that she is here, makes our stay at these apartments 100 times better!

Been here for about 5 months, and I haven't had any negative experiences yet. The property managers have all been very kind and helpful with setting up auto pay and other such issues.
My single bedroom apartment has been clean and mold free since ive been here, and the only maintenance issue ive had was handled quickly. I would say the only real downside is the lack of overhead parking, but that is trivial and more of a personal matter

The ladies in the office are nice but management is a joke. Charge you all kinds of hidden fees. For 3 months they charged me a no insurance fee when I did have one! I told them about it the first time I was told I would be credited back and they kept charging me (nov, dec&jan) until 4 month later when I was credited back. My ac went out last summer on a hot night and my apartment reached over 90. They barely could accommodate me with a tiny ac window unit after I kept begging them. The maintenance man damaged my blinds and they charged me for it. Ugly painted counter tops and sinks chipped the first month I was there and they’ll charge you for that too. My sink was clogged and my bathtub drain was filled with hair when i moved in. Appliances are so outdated. Hardly any parking. Don’t worry about cameras , they don’t have any! Someone’s car was stolen off the lot 💀 sadly most neighbors don’t respect vehicles and my new car was filled with scratches and tiny dents. They don’t pick up after there pets and leave poop everywhere. They shut off the water constantly especially during winter.

She is professional and knows her stuff -answering all of my questions and making it easy. I highly recommend Country Club Villas!
