Let me clearly on hidden fees. Customer service seems annoyed with you when you ask about fees. I wasn’t not aware I had to pay a booking fee, was literally told that it was taxes and resort fees. Just to get to the hotel and spend money on taxes and resort fees. I rather go with a different company to pay 600$ for this package , just to pay booking and taxes and resort fees will add up on you. Just didn’t think it was worth it. There are other packages that are better with better services if you ask me. It’s my fault I should have read more and ask more questions? Didn’t see anything I signed saying it’s just for booking, fyi! Go with another company! Monster reservation is what I recommend great customer service and fully explained payments.

My wife and I had a vacation and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We enjoyed it so much that we already had bought another package to use it again. We had referred to so many of our friends, and all of them had purchased packages too. The packages were explained in details, and only one thing that I would have pointed out is their return phone calls could make a little more improvement.

My vacation to Villa Del Palmar in Los Cabos, Mexico was great! Wendy at the front desk was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions. The room was nice and clean and the food at the resort was amazing!

Beware of the sales people in this company, they will transfer you over and over offering fake deals, and when you say No, you will see the real person behind, really agresive sales people.
