I tried booking a flight through them since they were very cheap compared to others, which got me thinking that this might be too good to be true. I did a little digging and found out that this "travel agency" does not book your flights as soon as you pay, but they will try to book your flights after you've paid and most likely for a higher price than previously agreed upon.

I spoke with customer care via chat, and their grammar is horrible. For something this serious, I would like to speak with someone that can actually speak correct english just to make sure there are no mishaps. During our chat, they decided to just stop our conversation as I think they thought I was asking too many questions? Again, if I am going to spend 1000s of dollars on a flight, I would like to make sure of what is guaranteed and what isn't. Luckily, I decided not to book with them, as their customer service is horrendous. Imagine if I had an actual emergency? They would not care at all.

If you look at their facebook and instagram they are flagged as a scam. They claim to be based out of Arizona on their signature, but in Wyoming on their website. If you see all the pictures posted on IG, they are celebrating Indian holidays in India. There are just a lot of questionable things about this company and I would not trust my hard earned $ with them.

As for all these "positive" reviews, I question the legitimacy of them, as they are all similar format and the response to the negative ones are mostly the same.

TDLR: Do your own research. If it is too good to be true, then it is. This company is just another Indian scam. Do not risk having your personal and financial information in the hands of a scam company.

This is a bad agency ever; they canceled my ticket booking after 2 days later without any notice. I would have missed my flight if I had relied on their tickets. In one word this is Fraud Agency.

Trying to call no answer. It’s supposed to be 24 hour customer service, what a joke. They charged me for a flight and never gave me my E-Tickets. Please whatever you do don’t book a flight with these people.

Predatory!!! This a scam site..... They practice bait and switches...... $100 less then other sites only to tell me that flight I booked was sold out and I needed to pay double the price which is $400 more than every other site!!!!
