Our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and ours had a breathtaking ocean view. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor and easy beach access.||The rooftop adults-only pool was a highlight—peaceful, with incredible views. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, serving amazing food, and the staff was outstanding—so warm and accommodating. A special mention to Alexa Pereyra, our server, who made our experience even more memorable. She greeted us every day with a huge smile, and it was clear how much guests adored her—even the kids ran up to her. She always checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything, making us feel truly cared for.||Carlos at the bar was also fantastic, mixing the best drinks with great energy. The beach chair team was equally wonderful—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.||Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we can't wait to return!

What made our stay really special was the personalized and attentive service throughout the hotel. Special mention to Alexa Pereira and Eti, who were our servers most days and were excellent, and took extra care of our daughter. |The beach is outstanding and the guys putting up the chairs and umbrellas were so helpful and so hard working. |The food was excellent, healthy and tasty. |The hotel amenities (shampoo and soap etc) unfortunately still come in tiny bottles that are clutter and wasteful - that could definitely use an upgrade.

This was our best trip yet to Geand Beach Surfside! We are repeat customers. ||Staff was so helpful! , room was updated and clean, and the beach and pool area beautiful.||Initially, my room a/c wasn’t working, so I went with someone from front desk and checked out a few other rooms till we found one nice and cool. A/c was quiet, linen seemed fresh and new.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times because of its location. During Covid, I was patient and tolerant of the lack of maintenance and poor housekeeping. I recently stayed there for a ten vacation. At one point I also had a second room for my kids. Upon checking in I immediately noticed that the safe didn't work, the main bathroom sink didn't drain, an elevator was out of order and there was nail polish all over the nightstand and floor in the room. Because the hotel was completely full, having only 2 of the 3 elevators worked meant long delays in the lobby or waiting in the filthy hallway . I called the front desk, but they didn't pick up the phone. I waited in line for 25 minutes and reported all three issues on the first day. I then repeated the requests twice a day for the next seven days. I went to the front desk to complain 12 times, each time waiting 15-25 minutes in line because the front desk was inadequately staffed. The safe was finally fixed three days prior to my check out. I repeatedly asked to speak with the hotel manager, but that didn't happen. A front desk clerk, Eric claimed to be a "manager" but he wasn't. Rosa at the front desk was kind and attentive, but unable to help. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email by the end of the day, that never happened. I spent about $8,000 in this hotel and they just don't care. While the location is great, the room wasn't clean. The hallways are filthy and not vacuumed, shampooed and they don't spend money to replace stained carpeting. The staff conveniently forgot to notate 11 of my trips to the front desk and wrote down my requests on paper to avoid entering these issues in the computer. There are better hotels for the money.

Concierge service was super - Deborah was really helpful with organizing a car rental for me! Greatly appreciated. All the staff were great - Ruben on reception and all the bellmen were always so welcoming and friendly! And I loved the morning yoga- Anya is a brilliant, very knowledgeable teacher!

This is my 7th year staying at this fabulous hotel and the service has improved tremendously. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and very gracious. This year I left something at the hotel tht was very important to me and Deborah and the front desk staff made sure it was returned to me. The hotel is also extremely clean and well maintained.

I could go on and on, but in short, I would return here without hesitation, and all my friends who stayed had the same incredible experience.
