Drove up and got tickets for the next tour group.

It's an amazing cave and you really get close to the formations. The tour guides did a good job of pointing out elements, answering questions, and taking photos of our group.

It is a steep hike up but our 4 year old was able to do it.

I highly recommend the "wild" or wet exit. Yes your shoes get wet, but it's really amazing to walk through the cave on your own. Where else can you do this? So bring some sacrificial shoes or buy some water shoes there. The water really isn't that cold.

This place is a definite must. We went with our 2yr old and it was perfect. Just the incline up might be a little tough but there's rails all the way so you can easily go up. The tour was fabulous too lots of interesting information

It was exciting to listen to the explorer Boyden’s adventures. Nature in action with the living proofs as stalactites and stalagmites. Our guide was really knowledgeable and gave the best insights into all our questions. Worth the visit.

The staff here – both at the gift shop and on the tour – were absolutely wonderful. The tour was super interesting and definitely worthwhile for the price. Highly recommend!

A natural wonder.. Can see live cave formation by nature using silica. The designs formed as spectacular.Not difficult hike from the parking lot. The ranger explained everything very clearly and friendly. Can spend 1 hr here going and coming back. It's a dark cave and with lots of low height area inside. It's a good adventurous time with kids ans family

Wonderful cave formations shown to us by our guide Morgan. She was witty and fun even with small kids. The dripstone in this cave is textbook. Almost all cave features were present from cave bacon to soda straws to flows. Many are still active 50 thousand years later. Interesting historical background.

WARNING the path up to the cave has two small sections of fairly steep hill. There are parts of the tour where even a 5 foot 5 person will have to stoop. My six foot tall husband banged his head twice. Even with this warning the cave is a perfect beginner cave for old and young alike.

Probably the best part of my time in the park! It is only accessible via tour. It was quite busy but I was able to get my ticket same day on a Saturday. The temperature in the cave was so nice and cooling! If you go, see if you can get Aiden as your tour guide! He’s very friendly and made the tour 10 times more fun!
It is a steep walk up to the cave, however it is all paved and railed. If you don’t have a flashlight, it’s alright, you don’t really need one… Unless you’re specifically doing the flashlight tour one. I’d recommend this definitely! Especially to get away from the heat during the day.
