Umbrella Beach Resort is amazing. You are in a perfect location with the Beach and Publix in walking distance. There is so much space in the units. You get a garage and then 2 other living floors. You can't find really anything like it on AMI. They are clean, and you get your towels refreshed once a week. The amount of toilet paper they provide is spectacular. It may seem silly, but I love not buying toilet paper on vacation. Thank RCI, please don't change this. The pool temperature is not crazy hot anymore. It was too hot in years past, but that is no longer the case. When you compare timeshare pricing to something like Mellow across the street, it's insane. Umbrella wins hands down every time. The ceiling fans in all rooms really helps with the Florida heat and is a nice touch. It had a hot tub, and after a long day on the beach it a great way to relax and unwind. We have been coming here my daughters entire life and she will one day bring her kids and we will have had 4 generations of our family coming here.

I have been coming here for years with my family. Over the last few years it seems this place is starting to go down hill fast! The units haven't been updated since the early 90s. There were loose and chipping tile work downstairs and upstairs. There's actually a soft spot in the floor on the second floor bedroom. The shower tile has no grout and is molded. 3 years in a row the pool heater has been set to 94°. It's Florida in July.. the pool heater does not need to be on. I felt like a lobster being boiled alive and was not enjoyable. Only thing that keeps me coming here is because I was trapped into the timeshare and cannot get out. Don't let these other reviews swad you.. don't walk, run! Away from this place.

This is a time share that had been a vacation spot for the family for 2 decades! Beautiful pool and large hot tub is just off the patio/deck and just 500 steps to the beach.

We had a great stay at this resort. It is a quiet place, usually with few children which makes it nice for adults needing piece and quiet to recharge. Beach is a short walk across the street and so many options on island or off for food, restaurants, shopping, etc. You do get your exercise walking up the stairs from garage to bedroom level and then main floor (kitchen/dining/living room) so be forewarned if you have limitations. There are 2 units with elevators I've been told. Only complaint was no/weak internet signal. Will be back again!

This is a great place to stay. Centrally located, easy access to beach, grocery, shopping and several restuarants. Bonus my truck was parked in the garage. Special shout out to Shawn who takes care of the complex. He is the nicest, happiest guy.

Make sure you get a receipt if you pay with cash. My husband paid part of our maintenance fee with check and cash with the balance. We ended up loosing our week. Someone wasn’t honest and it wasn’t us . Owners beware ☹️

A well managed resort where all of the units are like town houses. All face the center court with its big swimming pool and hot tub. Grills are available for you to BBQ although short on utensils. A very relaxed atmosphere.
