Went on a bus tour to Atlanta botanical gardens. I’ve been on many bus tours in the past. I loved Small World tours. I can’t walk far, they never made us walk a long distance to reboard, or get to our destination. All of the information they handed out was accurate. That is unusual. I had a wonderful time, and love Small worlds staff. I plan on only using them in the future.

Holly is the best at helping us plan trips for our community. Leona always works with us for collection of monies. Buses are in great shape and the drivers we have had (Especially Sheri) are wonderful

Called to make a reservation on January 8th. They sent me a paper to fill out and return and stated that once I return the quote paper they would reserve my spot while I confirmed a PO through our district. Today, the PO was confirmed, and I called to let them know the money was on the way. This is when they told me they were booked and couldn't help me. I stated I booked with them at the beginning of the month. They stated bc I didn't state in my email to reserve the bus there was no reservation created, even though I was told over the phone to fill out the quote paper and a reservation would be made. Now my kids don't get to go on a field trip bc there's not enough time for a new PO to be written and paperwork to be filled out. Cool. This is the first time I've had an issue with Small World, that's why I gave 3 stars, but this experience ruined my liking of the company. Bonnie was still very professional and very apologetic about the confusion. So if you use this company just get in writing that reservation is confirmed to avoid my situation.

The driver was cutting people off on the highway very scary almost ran the person off the road. Two buses traveling together one blue and the one driving crazy is white the LL# CBB 3AX
