I’ve order the ‘Baymont Inn & Suites Miami Doral’ attendant a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel offers this kind of service to the customers through the company ‘Miami Travel Assistant’. The driver was punctual. Picked me up at 5:15 AM. But he was untalkative since the beginning. Of course he didn’t want me to ask anything. Since he works for the same company of the free shuttle, it was only mentioned he was charging me $40 for a single journey at the end of the path. Regardless of that, he was also rude, asking me: “what to you want me to do? [Are you going to pay or] want me to take you back?” I paid the money with my card, but you can be sure: this kind of attitude makes rivals as Über bigger each day more. Never will come back to that hotel again, neither use this ‘assistance’ as well. One phrase resumes the episody: lack of transparency.
