Acabei de comprar 3 passagens e me ligaram pedindo o código de segurança do cartão pelo telefone. Inicialmente fiquei desconfiado, mas o atendente foi gentil e prestativo e conseguimos resolver o problema. Os etickets já foram encaminhados para o meu e-mail. Por enquanto, está aprovado.

Péssimo serviço. Testei positivo para Covid e tentei entrar em contato com a agência por telefone para ver se conseguia remarcar a passagem e não consegui falar com ninguém, sequer responderam aos meus e-mails ou mensagens enviadas via site. Acho um grande desrespeito com o consumidor quando a empresa sequer te atende. O serviço deles é péssimo e não recomendo a ninguém.

nao compra desta empresa. eles me deixaram na mao uma semana antes de viajar, liguei 10 vezes para entrar em contato com eles, pedi eles para me ligarem, nao ligaram. quando consegui entrar em contato com eles me pediram fotos do meu cartão, nunca vi uma coisa assim. nao recomendo para ninguém.

Comprei uma passagem a mais de 1 ano e meio e o voo foi cancelado por causa da pandemia, e estou esperando o reembolso até hoje, já conectei essa empresa dezenas de vezes e nunca resolveram nada fica empurrando para a gol e a gol para air projects, muito triste comprei a pessagem por eles então eles e que tinham que resolver, não indico que ninguém comprem passagem por essa empresa air projects
