Increíble y muy asombrado por la atención y calidad del servicio de esta agencia . La señorita Daine muy amable , carismática y muy meticulosa con el conteo de cada artículo que se envía , esta es la quinta vez que realizo Envios a La Habana por esta agencia y no ha faltado ni un alfiler !!!!!!!! Súper !!!!!!, las recomiendo 100 % por ciento . Hay un compromiso moral y profesional con cada cliente que visita la agencia , la labor que hacen es muy humana y extraordinaria por que ayudan a miles de familias en cuba para que le lleguen lo antes posible lo que desde acá podemos enviar . Estoy usando sus servicios hace meses y realmente estoy súper satisfechas con ellas. Han cumplido al 100% con las entregas e incluso en un caso que mandé medicamentos para un familiar ingresado se lo llevaron al hospital donde estaba.
No sé por qué he leído comentarios negativos. La he recomendado a toda mi familia y amistades y tienen la mejor opinión. Desgraciadamente a veces cuando nos va mal protestamos y cuando nos va bien no elogiamos.

En cuanto cogieron auge, se les subió la fama a la cabeza. Llamé a reclamar un envío a Camagüey q debió salir hace 3 semanas y la dueña, muy fresca, me dijo "No mandes más conmigo! Yo no tengo culpa d que Camagüey sea la única provincia q no deja entrar el avión!" Mentirosos y cero profesionales!!!

DO NOT USE!!! BEWARE!!! - They will take your package and then just basically say "too bad" - I sent my family a package on October 9, 2021 - in it were PRESCRIPTION glasses for my grandfather - today is December 6 and they still have not received them. I have called them and they simply say "it's in the hands of Cuban government now" - REALLY !?!? never again!!

NO LOS USEN - CUIDADO!!! - te cobran y despues con decir "lo sentimos" ya esta!! - yo le envie a mi familia en Cuba un paquete el cual tenias espejuelos para mi abuelo de receta, el dia 9 de octubre - hoy es 6 de diciembre 2021 y nada. Ellos solo me dicen "esta en las manos del govierno Cubano" - NO LES INTERESA NADA!!! NUNCA JAMAS LOS VOLVERE A USAR!!!! - Mas de $500 PERDIDOS!!!!

Para mi opinión para nada la recomiendo hace 5 meses envié paquetes de medicamentos y más me dijeron máximo 45 días y nunca mi familia a recibido nada creo lo primero q debe tener una agencia es seriedad y transparencia con sus clientes u para nada ellos la an tenido no al menos en mi caso
