I’ve been here twice for drop n hook And both times had to wait 3 to 5 hours for my load, although I arrived a little after the window both times. However, The first time it took forever for someone to answer the doorbell at the front office; when I needed to use the restroom, they sent me across the parking lot to the other building, which was hard to find. They said they would call when the load was ready, but after waiting a long time, I went in and checked and was told the load was sitting on a lot.

This time, the young woman answered the door almost right away every time. She was Very friendly and when I needed to use the restroom, she let me inside to use the bathroom right there in the office. She called me when my load was ready. Four stars because she was such a nice person.

This place needs a better/faster way of unloading the potatoes. They only have 1 ramp and it takes hours to unload! They do 5 trailers in 8hrs is ridiculous

Arrived at 0645 for a 0700 app. Load of bulk potatoes. Was out by 0900. A yard hustler moves your trailer on to the unloading machines so you need to drop trailer. Was my first time there asked questions and had no problems getting help. If you've hauled bulk potatoes before you'll be pleased to know there's not much left in there. When I went to get a washout it was the standard cost.

Takes hours to unload and on top of that the idiot that's driving the yard truck is making doughnuts with 80000lb loaded trailer pooling the tires from the rims

These guys are insane. Dropped my trailer off at 7 am, almost 18 hours later and it’s still not in a dock. Half the time they don’t even have anyone in the receiving office. There are also about 6 other trailers that need to get unloaded too. This FritoLay facility has been the worst place by far that I’ve ever unloaded at, and that’s an understatement.

I bet they won’t even pay layover or detention. Typical for a greedy monopoly company. Charges almost 2x price for chips at a store since 2020 but paying drivers half the rate.

Avoid getting loads to come here at all costs. You will regret it.

Everyone I met here was very friendly and patiently told you where to park the car and where to park the front of the car. There were also staff who came out to ask if you wanted potato chips and drinks. I was deeply moved. This is the best place I've ever been

Trying to check in here is crazy. Been standing at the window for 30 mins. After the 3rd time ringing the bell someone opened the door and said we will be with you in a few minutes. That was 15 minutes ago. I'd be surprised if my trailer is loaded and ready to go.

People are nice but I showed up to pick up a load and it wasn't ready. Gave me a number to call and suggested I come back the next morning after I call to confirm it's ready. Camped at a rest area and called in the morning. First time no answer and requested a call back. 45 minutes later I called again and a nice woman answered. Told me it was 97% loaded so come on back. Started my DOT clock and drove 20 minutes back. Checked in and now going on 45 minutes parked and waiting burning up my DOT clock. I know the supply chain issues are bad right now but their is only 2 of us here waiting on our loads and over 20 loading dock doors. Hopefully the next time is better. The employees are very friendly and apologetic so hard to be too upset. Lol
