I had some positive experiences with AAA Travel in PVB, but unfortunately, my experience with Cindy was not great. She was my travel agent for a 2 week trip to Italy. She really messed us up with the train schedules she booked. She booked us non-refundable, non-changeable train tickets without presenting us with the schedule options. They have trains to/from Venice all day so we had lots of options. But she made the decision without consulting us - or making it clear we had options. The train times she selected were not ideal—long layovers and early departure times. With the times she booked, we would spend 8 hours traveling to Venice for only one full day there. Fortunately, I was able to get a later departure and we could spend another day there. We still wasted several hours in airports and train stations because she didn't make a good choice. Cindy’s job should be to help plan a trip that works for the traveler, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

This place is a disaster. I’ve had home and auto through them for 8 years and just found out that progressive is barely over 1/2 the cost for more coverage. The incompetence is too much. They don’t know the laws, don’t return emails, and basically screw up everything they touch. Go anywhere but AAA for insurance. Oh, and if they help you plan a trip, pay very close attention so you don’t end up with huge layover times and a terrible itinerary. And don’t waste your money on the “international driver’s license”. Nobody wants to see that.

Had a trip all planned out with all the info and was told to come in at the beginning of the week to finalize the trip.
came in to the office days later and was told the girl who I was working with quit. None of the info was saved.
Ended up having to do the travel on my own. This office cannot answer a simple question which I had weeks later in another visit.

I had a difficult closing on a new home. The seller changed the closing date multiple times. Debbie couldn't just change the dates on the insurance policies. I had paid a year in advance. She cancelled and re-wrote the policies multiple times, in record time. Got the funds moved as needed... She went above and beyond the call of duty. I can't thank her enough. Customer for life.

Had my truck battery replaced in late AUG 22, drove to work yesterday, 02MAY no problems. Parked in a parking garage on base went out to start it at the end of the day, dead battery. (It was a 36 month free replacement battery). Was thankful another member with jumper cables drove by and assisted. Called AAA the next morning, Mather R (Jake’s towing?) was the service rep. Had a bit of difficulty starting it with his portable, but got it going. Tried again. Wouldn’t start. Said indications were that it was still serviceable with more charging. Mentioned to him (had my receipt from
Previous purchase) the 36 month full warranty - free replacement - asked if I wanted a new battery, I said heck yeah, couldn’t trust the other one! Zero charge - free replacement. I see a lot of negative reviews below, glad to say Matthew R. was a great AAA rep and really offered good customer service! Thanks Matthew R!!!

Waited for 5 hours along the highway and finally had to leave my car. Called every hour to check status of tow because I never received any updates Finally at 5 hrs the girl told me no one had been assigned even though the previous representatives said they had been dispatched. The car is still setting along the highway.

AAA in Ponte Vedra came out within 30 minutes. Technician called to say he was on the way. Once he arrived it was obvious he had years experience around cars. My 2008 GL450 Benz was no exception. He tested our battery that was installed in 2016 & found it very low. He gave us the choice & we decided to have him onstall a new one. We anticipated he'd have to find a battery for our car but no. To our amazement, he actually had a battery for our car along with maybe 20 makes & model batteries at the ready. We've been with AAA for 20+ years and highly recommend them. Very cost effective and believe me, they slways come through in a pinch.
