Jeremy was great today. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful!

Had to have my car towed from Casa Grande to Ken Garfield VW as when I was sold my Tiguan in 2022 you’d assume that the dealer made sure that the key for the locking lug nuts was in the car and that all four of them were not all located on front right tire that was flat.

Jeremy got my car there without any problems or issues.

Couldn’t be more happier with the help I received today from Chris! He showed up earlier than the scheduled time which was a huge relief because it was hot outside. He changed my tire for me and since we were both going the same direction he followed me until I was at my exit to ensure my tire didn’t mess up and to make sure I got there safely! He went above and beyond in helping me today! Thank you Chris!

These guys saved the day for us. Got stuck on the side of the highway when our car broke down, and Kenny was friendly, quick, and professional. He was able to give us guidance on car shops in town that could help us & dropped our car at a solid shop. Really reasonable price for the tow too. Highly reccomend!

I called AAA to tow my car to the dealership service department. They hired Knight Towing. Although I was given an 88 minute window with AAA, Knight Towing called me minutes after my request and was able to be at my residence with vehicle loaded in less than 30 minutes. Juan is truly the best! To save me even more time, he even advised me that he would put my car key in the service drop box and ensure the service department had my contact information. Thank you for your kindness and hard work, Juan! My husband and I are so very grateful for you and Knight Towing. HIGHLY recommend!

I won't waste my time with details, but summed up - Miss Jessie is a Saint (thanks for trying to be reasonable). However, Chris is rude/unprofessional and could use more education, maturity, and love. So, I called someone else to actually get the job done. It wasn't Knights Towing (Chris). That is all. Still all love, but your bad apple yielded this review.
