We came to Jacksonville for a wedding and our group of friends wanted to find a place to stay together. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the common area and kitchen fit everyone well. Being able to ride the bikes they provided on the beach provided a lot of fun for our group. Jaimie was responsive and we enjoyed the restaurants in the area she recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautifully renovated, clean and right off of the main road. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The host was very nice and checked on us throughout our stay and stayed very responsive from the time of booking. We would love to stay here again!

This was the best birthday week. Jamie’s house was so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. The game room was amazing to relax and play pool or alittle

We had the best time at this Airbnb! The host was so responsive and kind! She answered questions before we ever booked and questions during our stay. She responded quickly every single time!

The home itself was clean and cozy! This spacious home allowed three households to all stay together comfortably! The game room and hot tub where the highlight of our stay in the home. It made for the best family memories.

Over all we will definitely come back!

I’ve been staying at Slice of Paradise in Jacksonville Beach for my monthly work trips, and it’s become my favorite spot, thanks to the incredible host and her property management team. They always make me feel welcome, like I’m coming home, and their attention to detail is amazing. The house is pet-friendly, so I can bring my dogs, and the pool is a fantastic bonus. The host goes above and beyond to ensure every stay is comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a well-managed, pet-friendly spot in Jax Beach, I can’t recommend them enough!

My family and I met in St. Augustine for an early Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for all of us. Really a great house. Lots of room and things to do just in the house. Jaime was a great host. She is very responsive even though there was no issues in the house. It has everything you would need too. And the location is close to the inlets and beach. We all actually walked to the beach.

Jaimie manages two of my vacation rentals in two different states, and I truly cannot recommend her and The Good Host enough. She is always incredibly responsive to our guests, making sure they have everything they need for a memorable vacation. But it’s not just about the guests—Jaimie goes above and beyond to care for the homes themselves, ensuring everything is well-maintained and in top shape.

Most recently, she helped navigate our guests through Hurricane Helene, both in Florida and Asheville. What started as making sure they were enjoying their stay quickly turned into ensuring their safety during the storm. Jaimie always has a Plan B and Plan C in place, which brings us such peace of mind. Knowing she’s on top of things takes so much stress off our family, and we are so deeply grateful to have her managing our properties.
