I erased my previous review for this one. If I could give them zero stars I would I have never seen a business That never answers their phone. Never mind the fact that being a taxi in Casa grande Pretty much requires a 24 hour commitment. People need rides more so in the overnight hours from hospitals and the like not being able to get a hold of the time when you really need them is utterly ridiculous

Wheels transportation taxi cab services once known as Safeway transportation is now called wheels .I highly recommend anyone who is in need of any transportation or just transportation this company has a good recommendation definitely definitely a five-star. Will definitely be calling! Lyft and Uber are extremely unreliable. My daughter missed a very important job interview because Lyft never showed up for her scheduled ride. Should've called you guys instead! I'm glad Casa Grande has you available 🙂

Every time we used this service they always try to charge extra in the middle of the ride or take us to the wrong location, some of the drivers just leave and don’t complete the ride service... paid for the ride and driver had an emergency and they still made me pay for another ride when i got dropped off before reaching my destination cause driver said I had to get out and was told I would get refunded but have never gotten a refund for the rides!! Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone!

Excellent service with a smile and the owner Louis Is a really nice guy from Casa Grande who will know where any place you want to go in the area is located. It's my first choice when I'm stuck anywhere around here and I need a lift.
