We had lightning hit the house and take out the Ac in dead summer heat, Ashley took care of us and had us fixed up, then the north winds come a blowing and we had no heat this week...Ashley came to the rescue again and we are no longer all bundled up like Eskimo's to get through the night. The price was not a hit to the bank and very reasonable! Both times! Thank you!!! We will always return to you for our needs.

Our A/C needed to be replaced and Ray came out on Friday and gave me a quote that was $1000+ cheaper than 2 other competitors. He was able to schedule the replacement for the next day (Saturday before Easter) and had a brand new unit installed by Saturday afternoon. I appreciate his willingness to work on the holiday weekend to help me and my family. Very happy with our new unit and thankful for his honest, family-like service.

If you are having any troubles with your home A/C, Family Air Conditioning are the folks to call
Amanda gave me an honest and reasonable quote well below three other companies. Within a few days Elias and Oscar showed up at my home and installed what seemed a couple of hours a brand new a/c unit and air handler system and it was up and running

This Company will get my hard-earned money from now on. They answered on a Saturday LABOR DAY WEEKEND, was VERY FRIENDLY and they had Ashley here within 2 hours of my call. She was PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY and had our problem diagnosed, corrected, and had our AC working beautifully in a very short amount of time. They are FANTASTIC PEOPLE and hold true to their name! My upstairs air unit stopped blowing cold air. I called 3 companies. First two both said needed new compressor (1000's$$). The 3rd was Family air. When I called that morning, I was told it would be later in the day. They came at 4:30pm. Matt and Oscar were incredible. They worked the problem. Eliminated all possibilities before calling the problem the compressor. Thank goodness. They discovered that it was the blade mower. They went and got one somewhere at 6:30pm. Worked hard until it was finished and running which was real close to 9 pm. Right at dark. They were very reasonable only charging me $375.00 and cleaned up behind themselves. Very happy with their expertise and customer service.

They are very unprofessional do not know what they are doing they came out and supposedly fixed our AC charged us $510 the next day didn’t even worked call to get somebody to get back and fix it and it took them four days to come back came and said that there was other problems with the ac and tried to charge us $280 I don’t understand why they are charge us again When we already paid them to fix it. It wasn’t our fault that they didn’t check it right before they left so my question is why are you charging me again? Would not recommend this company to anyone. So if you want your AC fixed please call someone else that way You don’t waste your money. And they didn’t even fix the ac at the end of it so do not wast your time.

Most honest A/C guy you will meet. He came and fix a leaking system that Bailey installed 16 months ago and I had him replace the line instead of patching it up again. 2 months after Bailey installed the air conditioner I had to pay someone to fix it. You don't keep going back to the same person you keep having problems with there work. leak again 16 months later after it was installed this time I had family air replaced the line. He came on a Sunday to check it out and is always willing to get things done. Very fair pricing but do know knowledge is not cheap. Take my advice cheap is not good work.

Our AC was replaced efficiently and it was a painless process. Ray and his team kept us up to date on the whole process and came out to do a 1 year service and ate very detailed every step of the way. Any time you contact Ray and his team they will send someone out ASAP. Will always recommend. 10/10
