The customer support is atrocious, copy and paste liability information from their website. Purchased a 3 day all inclusive pass which had a list of attractions first two days went great. Planned our attractions the night before on day 3 and went to our first attraction went to look up our next two attractions to finish our day and they had changed to be explorer pass only. Significantly changing the value of the pass for our family of 5 from the original purchase time. Buyer beware go city is zero help their customer service was appealing copy and paste liability responses and refusal of a supervisor will never use again. Our third day on 5 passes along with 2 additional passes for my inlaws wasted.

This is a must if your looking for a good deal. You get to see several different attractions for a low discounted price. I did 5 attractions for just around $100.:comes out to about $20 for each attraction. We did a comedy dinner show with dinner included, Wonderworks (interactive museum,) Titanic museum, Boggy creek airboat ride and Gatorland. There are many more options to choose from and there is surely something for everyone.I downloaded the app to make it easier to show the pass at each attraction and a tip is to take a screenshot of the QR code beforehand because the Wi-Fi is spotty and the they can just scan the picture if necessary. You can do larger or smaller packages to make the most out of your trip. 10/10 recommend. We did this in Vegas as well years ago it’s a great way to see the city.

Cool place, only got to see 1 alligator, but the butterfly enclosure is cool. It wasn't bad for the $. The 1/2 hour ride goes by so fast.

For our family this pass was great but we also used it to the max. So we got all of our money plus alot more. It allowed us to do things we hadn't done before because individually the attractions are expensive for only taking an hour or so but worked great with this. Also the fact that there are attractions that include food was a huge plus.

We bought a package of tickets (6 in total) - and we successfully used four out of the six. Which both experiences were months apart from others (we live locally). Then after going to use the last two tickets yesterday, we were denied use at the location due to it "expiring". The app said the two remaining tickets were still active and not expiring until May of 2024. So needless to say I had to pay out of pocket in order to enjoy the museum. Later on, after calling customer service they said "it could be a glitch on the app" and that is why I'm seeing they are still active, but on their end it shows expired. I wasn't offered any kind of refund or replaceable tickets. I was only told that they will "look into it" and contact me within 24-48 hours. I will never recommend this company and would rather buy tickets through attractions directly than deal with their BS.

I loved this city pass.. we went to the wax museum, the aquarium, titanic museum and we had 2 passes left that my kids were supposed to use on the roller coasters but it was just to darn hot.. I bought 5 passes for each person.. it was $105/ pp.. that beat spending $30-$40 a ticket. And I bought it off of Groupon

These were so easy to purchase and the app was user friendly. We didn't have any issues using it at any of the attractions.

In addition to the ease of the card the customer service was amazing. I had received an email with a discounted price but forgot to use it. I was also told that it would be 4 hours before they were activated. When I called customer service they credited my account and activated the cards immediately before I even had a chance to ask about it.

We will definitely be looking into this for our next vacation! I only wish there were more local options so I could take advantage of the deals throughout the year instead of just in vacation.
