First time in an Avid hotel but definitely not my last. Comfortable, clean room. Love that there isn't carpet. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast options in the lobby were wonderful to start the day. Thanks!

This was actually a pretty good hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was comfy, and I had a nice view of a field, which I did not mind. Good water pressure the room was clean not really anything to complain about with the exception of if you stay here request to stay on the top floor because you hear everything that you’re upstairs neighbor is doing. Think the person that was sleeping in the room above me was tapdancer at 4:30am and 5 AM, & 5:30am. But a solid stay. I’ll come Back next time I’m in town for work.

I never stayed at an Avid before, and this was a very clean and functional room. The hotel is also in a great location, enough off the highway that all rooms are very quiet. We had a connecting room and could occasionally hear their TV, but that's in the hotel construction. It's not a five-star hotel, but you are not paying five-star prices. However, the manager treated you as though it was five-star hotel. We were attending a wedding and requested early check-in. I understand hotels cannot guarantee this, but the manager acknowledged the request and kept me informed of the chance of getting to the room early -- which we were ultimately able to do. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks.

The room was bright, comfortable and provided everything to make it a great place to stay. Quiet location and right near restaurants and stores. I was impressed it included a hair dryer and steam iron. Very nice shower and convenient soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers. We will definitely return when we're in the area.

Despite my previous experience at another IHG hotel, I can say that this hotel turned my situation from a nightmare into a pleasant stay. The night attendant was wonderful—extremely kind and focused on customer service. He even apologized for my earlier experience at the Holiday Inn Express Suites in Delmar. While I didn’t catch his name, he mentioned he recently started at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. My only disappointment was the breakfast; I expected freshly made options instead of microwave sandwiches.

Our stay was not only comfortable, it was in a convenient area for our trip. The price was better than we expected, and it was nice to have breakfast and a 24 hr. coffee bar included. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed here because we needed pet friendly place. Love the fact that the soap and shampoo are attached to the wall and that the hotel uses Dove products! The coffee and water dispensers are very nice. I thought that $40 for a pet fee seemed a bit high since the room rate was just over $100 for the night. Will stay again!

Place was quiet. The room was clean. You can't beat the price. Staff was great as always! I've stay here many times and have always had a good night's rest!
