First time at this location. The rooms are new and very spacious. The bathroom is really nice and modern. The room has a nice cabinet that holds a small refridgerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. The rooms are not the best when you are not on the top floor. You can hear the person above you if they walk with heavy footsteps.

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: The hotel charged an un-advertised $9.95 parking fee. it was an open parking lot basically shared with a gas station. They did not ask for a license plate number they did not even check to see if I even had a car, but added to my credit card on checkout.

The issues I have found with the room are not necessarily the fault of the staff. The pictures I have attached show just bad workmanship by the construction crew. Cracked tile throughout the bathroom and the lobby. Unfinished trim and caulk stains on the wall. The design is also not so great having the refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine in a cabinet that sits directly over the heating AC unit

Things the hotel can control...
Vacuuming at 9:00 at night. A lot of people use this hotel for business and have to wake up early in the morning. Why would you have a crew doing cleanup that late?
For a newer property, there really shouldn't be mildew stains in the shower, but regrettably there are. I checked into a room with a broken closet door.

The floor to ceiling windows are nice, the lighting is nice. But my overall impression was not so great. Whoever for Marriott signed off on the inspection should be held accountable. Behind closed doors. They have tape holding up baseboard trim. It just appears that the property was opened before it was finished.

Very elegant hotel. Property looks well maintained and taken care of. My check in process was pretty quick and efficient. My room was decently spacious. It was also very clean and comfortable. Good wifi service.

It's a draughty box by the side of the highway: the only good thing about it is that it's easy to get away from!||The room itself was OK, but the soundproofing is appalling: I heard EVERYTHING from the room next door where the couple were obviously having lots of FUN the whole night... If you're on the front you'll also hear the traffic very easily.||The entry and lobby is completely soulless, and that obviously rubbed off on the staff, who were equally unenthusiastic.||But the biggest red flag for me was a 'suprise' $9.95 'charge' on my bill, which turned out to be a parking fee. Now a) this hotel cannot be reached any other way except by car and b) no-one mentioned this on the website, on the booking confirmation, or at check-in. This is simply a scam to generate more revenue: why not just fold it into the room price, at least it would be known about then.||I won't come back, and I encourage you not to bother either. I'll be contacting Marriott to let them know about this scam

Not entirely sure why there is a parking charge since the parking lot is open. The hotel is new, and rooms were clean and front desk very courteous and friendly. They mentioned breakfast was served at 630am or something like that but nothing was offered came time except for a few canisters of hot coffee which I deeply appreciated given I was in for an early customer meeting at 730am. Other than that, nothing spectacular.

So during my stay right from check in the staff had attitudes and was very rude and snappy. Throughout my whole stay people were just walking in and out the room even with the do not disturb sign up. It’s been weeks now and I’m still being charged and other pending stays are being processed still. The only good nice worker was usually on night shift I didn’t catch his name but the rest of em needa go they said that they smelled weed and all this extra stuff but I never had any of that in the room but when I went down stairs there was a overwhelming cigarette smell and they shook it off Front desk doesn’t keep change and it’s extremely difficult to get it at surrounding stores so washing clothes is difficult. And when I got kicked out it was due to something non violent and I’m guessing they just didn’t want the police called but the staff was beating around the bush telling me different things and or saying they can’t give me a reason why at all. Overall my stay was more stressful than smooth I went to work and forgot my key card wasn’t working so the front desk lady had to let me in and she was refusing to give me another key card even tho I’m the person that got the room and made me describe my little brother who was also staying with me. Overall not the best experience I can keep going but it’s all unnecessary this just me talking

Check-in was quick and easy(prepaid). There are some charges that are present inside the location but not on sites for booking a room. There is no parking deck, nor a gated entrance, and yet charges for parking. All sites in the hotel industry usually have this posted on all booking sites.
