Driver ate bananas during the whole trip. Constantly playing with knobs and buttons on the dashboard not paying attention to the road. At the end of the trip I use my credit card not knowing that I got charged twice. I called the Taxi company later he said he would take care of it a day later it’s still on my account both charges. If you write a review about this company you must give them a star in order to post it

Called hoirs ahead of time to see how they operate, answered and said when I get about 20 minutes to to my destination call and tell them what time I need them to be there. I called when I got there since I arrived ahead of schedule. Came and picked me up. No problems and was friendly.😁

Whole experience was unproffesional and terrible to say the least. The driver took a phone call as soon as I got in the car and talked very loudly on speaker phone the entire time, then when I got to my destination, I asked how much and he paused for a second, randomly came up with 25 dollars for a 4 mile ride on a tuesday afternoon, when I said 25 really? He said ok just give me 20 and get out, clearly just making up his own price. Maybe it was just this driver, but if not, I would suggest not ever using this company

This cab service is very rude, disrespectful,racist and unprofessional. My mother just got picked up from the ER, yes the ER, she has a very bad heart condition and had to be taken there via ambulance cause she felt like she was having a heart attack. I was unable to go pick her up due to me working in another state, so I called for her a taxi (prefer Uber but she had cash on her and I had none on my debit card). I was on the phone with her the entire time just to make sure she gets home safely and to be certain she was ok. The driver was taking her in another direction and she was just explaining to him the fastest way to go and he just started cursing at her saying "you people" and all other obscenities. He even took it so far he had the audacity to ask very rudely "Do you even have the money to pay me?". It became so bad she had to get out the taxi early and walk the rest of the way home. Once again she has a heart condition and was just released from the ER where said taxi driver picked her up from. Imagine me, her daughter listening to all of this transpire and not being able to do anything cause I'm not there. The only thing I could do was call to make a complaint. When I called to file a complaint, not only did they not fix my issue, they placed me on a conference call with the driver whom I was complaining about. Instead of getting into a yelling match I just let them know I will be giving them a bad review and telling people to take Uber instead. After that I get a phone call from someone who said they were the owner and he wanted to also argue due to me saying I wanted to give them a bad review I just hung up the phone. If I could give them no stars I would give them absolutely no stars or a negative 100 stars. From management on down they are so disrespectful and things will never get better from the experience me and mother had today.
