Dawn did an amazing job planning our cruise! Everything was perfect! From picking the deck, to best side of the ship for our balcony (beautiful sunsets every day and surprising one sunrise lol), and the midship placement of our cabin, placing us central to EVERYTHING onboard!! She was always there to answer questions from the deposit to the day of sailing!! Dawn was super patient with us, even when we needed to reschedule our sailing date for a later time, so helpful with that too. We will definitely be calling her again when we are ready to cruise!!

Dawn knows the cruise business like none other. She handles everything from start to finish, she does it all. From booking our airfare, to transfers from the airport to the cruise terminal and back, to monitoring our bookings for price reductions (and she has saved us hundreds on price reductions), she even takes care of all the online paperwork and sends you your cruise documents along with fancy luggage tags with your stateroom information on them. I haven't had to worry about any of our cruises since she has been booking and handling them.

And she doesn't just do cruises. We booked a week's vacation in Cozumel through her. She got us a great deal at an all inclusive resort and all we had to do was show up at the airport and she had everything else in place. When we arrived at the resort, they had somehow lost our booking. I called Dawn and within minutes she had everything resolved and we received an upgrade to a junior suite for our trouble. That proved to me just how great she is. It's very comforting to know that she WILL take care of us from start to finish on all our bookings with her no matter the situation.

We used to think it was just as easy or cheaper to handle our own travel plans. Dawn has proved to me, on multiple occasions, that letting the professional handle my travel planning not only saves me money but also save me time and tons tons of worry.

Dawn is fantastic! She planned a Danube River Cruise for us in June 2019. The trip, Dawn’s arrangements, follow up & service along the way were absolutely amazing! There were many travelers (30) in our group and Dawn handled each & every request from this varied group with professionalism and grace.
