I’m very happy with the service here except your receptionist who never greets you or welcome you. I’ve been in the industry where I dealt with many customers and a receptionist is like the face of your company. Being greeted shows respect and thank for being our valued customer. I sometimes feel I’m interrupting her vs checking in for my appointment. A smile goes a long way. I get a hello coming through the door from the receptionist of the dermatologist section and I don’t have appointment with them….
