Tracy VanderMeeden has been the most helpful and knowledgeable travel agent I have ever worked with. She truly cares about her clients experience and she manages every aspect of the trip. Not only is it free to use her services, I feel like she has saved me money with her recommendations and advice. We are currently planning our fourth European trip with Tracy and I highly recommend her assistance. She is so kind, friendly, and conscious of whatever budget you tell her you would like to stick with. Tracy was so helpful, particularly when (because of COVID) we chose to cancel our original travel plans that she had already put so much time into. Without skipping a beat, she found new options for a domestic trip and took care of all the details quickly! She was always quick to respond and she knew all about each resort. Tracy helped our family plan the “perfect” New York trip! Starting with the hotel- she searched until she found one that was just the right fit for our family. It was the perfect location and price point. She also had a daily itinerary matched to our family’s interest. Tracy gave great suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants. We really enjoyed the two day bus tour that she booked for us; it was one of the highlights. I highly recommend using Tracy VanderMeeden at Magnolia Travel. She is so sweet and easy to work with. She even dropped off a sweet gift before we left for NY. We know who to call for our next trip.

Planning our trip to Jamaica through Tracy was the best decision we could have made! I loved that she had first hand knowledge of the resorts and services offered. She listened to our wishes, stayed within our budget, and made us feel like we were her most important clients! I felt like I had a million questions in the beginning but she addressed all of them timely and thoughtfully.
2020 has been an uncertain year, but her positive mindset and calm guidance provided me with the reassurance I needed to proceed with our trip. She even helped us navigate passport dilemmas when our post office told us there was no way we'd receive our passports on time.

Every detail of our Jamaican trip was totally awesome. Our resort (Azul Resort) was amazing with the prettiest beach ever! Tracy VanderMeeden handled every aspect from flight, transportation to and from resort, to recommendations of attractions! We felt so pampered by her expertise!

Tracy Vandermeeden did a great job helping us first narrow down where we wanted to vacation (the Dominican Republic) and then handled everything from there. Our family vacation to London was by far the best trip we’ve taken. It was stress-free and full of fun!
