My initial encounter with Business-Class was exemplary in all respects, save one. I dealt with Filip Hoffman who was incredibly timely in providing desirable flight options that fully met my needs. My one concern is their process of making a $1-3 charge to credit cards to ensure proper customer identification. I booked through them and dealt with Mark. Mark was very helpful. He responded to our requests and found us flights that were just perfect and the price was good. Then recently Delta changed one of my flights and I would only have 40 minutes from landing on one plane and taking off on an international flight. I called him and asked if that flight could be moved so that I would arrive earlier. He promptly worked on it, got the flight changed. I will book through them again.
