My family just got home from a trip booked with Angela and it went perfectly. From the moment we started planning, Angela was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Initially we were looking for just some basic information on a Disney/Universal vacation. Within a few days, Angela provided us with visuals of our different options. The visuals made it easy to share with our group and make a decision about what we wanted. The pricing was so good that we booked immediately. It even included early entry to Universal.

For this trip we wanted reservations at the Blue Bayou. Because our party was so large, Angela told us it would be hard to get a single table all together, but gave us a tip to ask for the reservations to be combined. On the day of our reservation we were able to do just that. Our party of nine was seated together near the water at the restaurant.

The day before our trip, she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. We were provided with emails, brochures, and everything we could've possibly needed. Our hotel was perfect and the rooms were spacious. We were a very short walk from Disneyland.

I have booked Disney vacations on my own and I will never go back to planning them myself again. Using Angela was so much more convenient and she knows much more than I do. She did all the heavy lifting for us. All we had to do was show up and have a good time. I will definitely be using her for future vacations.

When we were looking at taking a 1st time cruise I reached out to Angela and she helped us plan an amazing 9 day cruise on Norwegian cruise line. She took care of everything and explained everything to us in detail and provided us our itinerary. She encouraged us to preplan our specialty meal, wi-fi, discussed offshore excursions; ensured we got a military discount, and every additional discount available to us. She also ensured our stateroom twin beds were pushed together before our arrival. I'm sure she assisted in getting us a stateroom with a large window on the 8th floor. Which was a big deal as during our cruise we encountered rough seas and we didn't feel any effects in our stateroom.
Once we made the call to Angela, to book the cruise she remained in contact with us when the cruise line sent any correspondence. She streamlined a process which could have been quite challenging. I also used Angela to book my last trip to Disneyland in Sept 2023 for the Oogie Boogie Bash,and scheduling meals at specialty restaurants. She waited on the phone so I didn't have to. She is an incredible caring agent. I encourage anyone needing to schedule a hassle- free vacation to use Angela Murphy as their travel agent!!

Start to finish. When the app had an issue while I was in line to enter, she called me and the customer service right away and solved it in a matter of minutes! As well as with all the other questions I had she answered right away even if they were repetitive‍♀️ Can’t wait to go back and will definitely be contacting Angela again!
