We received a beautiful arrangement on Christmas Eve at Medical Pharmacy. Every part of it was perfection and the delivery person was polite with a smile and a kind greeting. We receive this as a gift from a customer yearly and it has always been fresh and delicious! I wish I had taken a picture, but we were too quick to enjoy after a very busy day!

If I could rate this location 0 stars I absolutely would.

I placed a rush order this morning around 10am, it was specifically for a 1hr delivery to a location that was less than 10 minutes from the store. It is now well past 2pm and the notification came that it was delivered, but to my surprise on checking in with the recipient, it never arrived to her.

I have called the direct line to this location over 12 times today to get ahold of literally anyone that can help me understand what happened with my order but not a single call was ever picked up.

This is absolutely ridiculous, it shouldn't be this hard to read an address, suite number AND written instructions on how to get in and find the office it was headed to and then definitely shouldn't be this hard to get a phone call answered.

I'm not sure if anyone will even read this review from the company, but if anyone does, I have never had an issue before but this has been such a terrible experience that I will never be using the service again, especially from this location, I will dissuade anyone I ever meet from utilizing your service and I hope anyone else viewing this comment finds another service to use because you absolutely should not contribute your money to this location.

Update: for whatever reason, despite the store having a driver and being within throwing distance of the delivery location. They decided to outsource to doordash to get the order delivered. I'm not sure if the driver took it, misdelivered it, who knows. This could have been avoided if the location used the in house driver.
I received a call from the store manager/owner regarding this and while the attempt was made to rectify by redelivering at a different time, it's too late. I stand by the review.

We needed a last minute dessert to bring to a tailgating event. We needed it delivered to our hotel. Edible Arrangements delivered our order to the hotel prior to our arrival, the strawberries were fresh and perfectly dipped, the packaging was beautiful, and the staff at Edible Arrangements/Willimantic were friendly and professional. Most importantly, the guests at the event absolutely loved the Mini Sweet Love Platter. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back for future orders.

I came into the Willimantic Store to get a big arrangement for working with a medical facility, that I interact within my daily job, as a thank you.

Esther greeted me in the store, and was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful in her recommendations. There was a lot to choose from, and she made it easy. She went above and beyond to have it ready for me to pick up the next day when I needed it. She even added a few extra dipped covered apples in the arrangement to make it xtra special! Thank you Esther for being you and making it a smooth transaction! I will be back, to use them in the future!

Unfortunately their computers were down and they were unable to generate any orders. I had called first the day before and my call went to voicemail (sad face). I WAS looking forward to my free box of chocolate dipped fruit for my birthday but that didn't happen. The next closest store is a 45 minute drive so I don't think they'll be getting my business any time soon. I understand it wasn't their fault but...... So here is an update: they called me (to ask me to change the review) and to explain what happened with the phone and computer and even offered to deliver the free box if I change the review. I would have given them 3 stars for that but the call was at 7:00 on a Sunday morning! I was still brushing my teeth!
